Bob Nuñez, President

Mr. Nuñez is currently a Milpitas city council member and past public education administrator in Riverside County and San Jose. He has served on county commissions, nonprofit boards and social justice organizations. He is currently President of The Rotary Club of Milpitas,  Vice President of Lions Club, Member of the Kiwanis Club of Milpitas, 1st Vice President of San Jose-Silicon Valley NAACP, Co-Chair of Raza Roundtable and Chair of the Santa Clara County Republican Party.


Victor Garza, Vice President

Mr. Garza has served a lifelong career in civil service since 1986 receiving numerous commendations and awards for his long history of political activism and community involvement in a myriad of issues affecting people in need. In 1998. Mr. Garza founded the La Raza Roundtable in 1988, Santa Clara County's largest coalition of Latino and Mexican-American organizations, and spent the last 29 years battling for his community.


Jethroe Moore II, Treasurer

Rev. Moore currently serves as President of the San Jose/Silicon Valley National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP). Rev. Moore has served the community in multiple chair, co-chair, advisory and member organizations. Rev. Moore has served the community in multiple chair, co-chair, advisory and member organizations. He is a member of numerous social, community, state and national organizations.

Dr. Johnny Thomas, Director

John Thomas is Dean of the Zapara School of Business and Bashir Hasso Professor of Entrepreneurship at La Sierra University. Dr. Thomas holds a doctorate in political economy from Claremont Graduate University and master’s degrees in marketing, finance, and international political economy. Dr. Thomas serves on the board of numerous for profit and not for profit companies including Genelux, ADRA, SBDC, TRC, FSA Riverside, Aspire Senior Housing Corp., LLBN and KSGN among others. He enjoys working with start-ups and is a passionate advocate of property rights.
